Our New Team Member:
We are seeking an experienced executive search leader to work closely with the early-stage companies we represent to support and advise them as they build their founding teams. We are looking for talented advisors with prior business in biotech recruitment that has been part of building amazing companies and are excited to help the next wave of innovators, disruptors, and entrepreneurs as they begin their own journey.

The types of things you’ll be doing:
Manage full-cycle search initiatives for multiple, complex executive search projects.
Create innovative networking and brand engagement strategies to bring the best talent into your orbit.
Exclusively represent the best talent in the market and proactively open doors and create opportunities for them to excel in their careers.
Analyze requirements and advise client company leaders on the most efficient and effective way to expand their teams based on their individual needs.
Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure we are successfully helping them meet their growth targets.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
Generate and manage candidate and prospective client pipeline.
